When will my order ship?

How do I install my case?
XTND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Once the battery case works we are no longer responsible for any issues with the case unless we are notified within 48 hours of receiving the case.
• Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage to the lightning port caused by improperly uninstalling their phone from the case. The instructions on the inside of the case says to "SLIDE" the phone up/down. For further assistance on installing your case, you may refer to our video above. We are also not responsible if a consumer breaks the bumpers due to impact or improper usage, installation, or removal.
• Any damage done to any of the products due to consumer negligence.
• Any lost or stolen returns in the mail.
• Please note this 3 step process must be followed accordingly
1. Obtain a return authorization code by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
**No return will be accepted without this code. Products eligible for refunds must be returned with the original packaging.
2. Use a trackable and insured shipping method. (USPS 2-3 Priority mail is typically cheapest and quickest option.)
3. Please include all details received with your authorization code in your package.
